These terms and conditions govern the distance selling of the original works and prints offered on www.lrartstudio.com. By placing an order you accept these terms: please read them carefully and keep a copy.
1. Seller
The seller is Luciana Russo, Via del Biancospino 18, 73048 Nardò (LE), Italy, VAT number IT14539360967. Email: info.lrartstudio@gmail.com.
2. Products
- Original works: unique hand-painted acrylic paintings on canvas, signed by the artist.
- Fine Art prints: reproductions on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper in a limited edition of 100 copies, signed and numbered.
- Canvases are shipped already stretched. Frames are not included unless the product page says otherwise.
Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real work depending on your device settings. As these are handmade works, small irregularities are part of each piece’s character and are not defects.
3. Prices
Prices are in euro. No VAT is charged, as the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario, Art. 1(54–89) of Law No. 190/2014). Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you confirm the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Before sending the order you can check and correct your details. If a work is no longer available, we will let you know and refund the full amount within 14 days.
5. Payment
Payment is made when you place the order, through PayPal. Your payment details are handled directly by PayPal and are not stored by us.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Italy and to many other countries. Estimated preparation and delivery times: Italy 8–10 working days, European Union 10–15 working days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Every work is packed by hand with corner protectors and shock-absorbing materials. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, please report it to info.lrartstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with a few photos, so that we can handle the claim with the courier; reporting it does not limit your statutory rights.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the product (Arts. 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement at info.lrartstudio@gmail.com, for example using the form below. You must return the product within 14 days of telling us, undamaged and well packed, to the address we give you. The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of having sent it. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or personalised at your request (Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code).

8. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Arts. 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. Please report a defect within 2 months of discovering it by writing to info.lrartstudio@gmail.com. If there is a defect, you are entitled to have the product brought into conformity or, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.
9. Intellectual property
All copyright in the works, images and texts on this website belongs to the artist. Buying a work or print does not transfer any reproduction rights: copying, reproducing or using the images for commercial purposes is not allowed without written permission.
10. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any more favourable consumer protection rules of the country where you live. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction. You may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures.
